Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide. This includes all countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and most international destinations.

2. Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped free of charge, regardless of the destination or order value. There are no additional shipping fees or hidden costs.

3. Delivery Times

• Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1 working day
• Other EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland: 2-4 working days
• Rest of the world: delivery times vary by destination and may be longer due to distance and customs clearance

Orders placed before 16:00 CET will be processed and shipped the same day. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or due to customs clearance for shipments outside the EU.

4. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped with PostNL and trusted local carriers, and include Track & Trace. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package.

5. Delivery Days

We ship orders from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries may take place on weekdays and Saturdays, depending on local carrier services in your area.

6. Exceptions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or remote islands. If you have any questions about shipping to specific locations, please contact our customer service at support@vmfamily.nl.
