Returns & Refunds Policy – E-commers Partij (Flaemme)

1. Free 30-Day Return Policy

At Flaemme, we offer a 30-day free return policy. You have the right to return your order within 30 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

2. Conditions for Returns

The following conditions apply to all returns:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and complete, including all accessories and packaging.
• Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or with signs of use may be refused or result in a partial refund.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vmfamily.nl within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of return, unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
