1. General

1.4 These terms and conditions are accessible to everyone via www.flaemme.com and will be provided upon request.
2. Offers and Prices
2.1 All offers from Flaemme are non-binding, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2 Prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Flaemme reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
3. Orders and Agreements
3.1 An agreement is established when you place an order via the website and receive a confirmation email from Flaemme.
3.2 Flaemme reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without stating reasons. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
4.2 Orders will only be processed after payment has been received in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Products will be shipped to the address provided during the ordering process.
5.2 Flaemme aims to process and ship orders within the indicated delivery time. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation unless legally required.
5.3 The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
6.2 During this period, the customer must handle the product and packaging carefully and may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess it.
6.3 Returns must be made in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty and Complaints
7.1 Products come with the statutory warranty period.
7.2 Complaints about products or services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovery.
7.3 Flaemme will assess complaints and offer a suitable solution within a reasonable period.
8. Liability
8.1 E-commers Partij is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of its products or website, except where such liability is legally mandatory.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 E-commers Partij is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions beyond its control.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements and disputes.
10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
